In the APA West Georgia tournaments, entry fees can be paid the day of the tournament. Your slot will be held for you until 30 minutes before the tournament start time. If your registration is not paid at that time, you risk losing your slot to someone on the waiting list or to a walk-in! You can also send your entry fee in to the league office with your weekly scoresheet or in a separate envelope to insure your slot. Entry fees are non-refundable.
The boards for these tournaments need to be prepared in advance so registration is necessary. Walk-ins will be allowed but only to fill a bye or replace a no-show on the board.
