| I PLAYED DOUBLE JEORPARDY IN WASHINGTON STATE FOR 5 YEARS(15 SEASONS) AND IT IS THE BEST FORMAT EVER INTRODUCED!!!!!!!!!!! WE STARTED WITH 6 TEAMS AND IT GREW TO 8-16 TEAMS PLAYING DOUBLE JEOPARDY 5 NITES A WEEK. A LOT OF PLAYERS PLAYED BOTH FORMATS 8 AND 9 2 DIFFERENT NITES A WEEK. THEN PEOPLE WOULD GET UPSET TO SHOW UP 2 DIFFERENT NITES AND SOMETIMES NOT EVEN GET TO PLAY! WELL, GUESS WHAT..... THOSE DAYS ARE OVER!!!! NOW EVERYONE GETS TO PLAY 8 & 9 IF THEY WANT TO AND ONLY HAVE TO COMMIT TO ONE NITE.....BUT CAN QUALIFY FOR VEGAS IN BOTH FORMATS.....NOBODY SITS OUT AND IT REALLY BRINGS THE TEAM TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU HAVE A COUPLE OF PEOPLE WHO ONLY WANT TO PLAY EIGHT BALL YOU DONT HAVE TO KICK THEM OFF YOUR TEAM AS LONG AS YOUR ROSTERS FOR BOTH 8 &9 HAVE 5 COMMON PLAYERS...PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, I KNOW YOU WONT REGRET YOUR DECISION TO SIGN UP!!!!!!!! Double Jeopardy is actually 2 separate divisions (one 8 and one 9) playing on the same night. The team rosters do not have to match or have 5 common players. (Even though that may be how the Washington league was set up.)
For example, someone may want to field a Monday night 9 ball but not want to put in an 8 ball team and someone else wants to play 8 ball but not 9 ball. The teams can be the same but it is not required.
Jekyl & Hyde's has said OK to this format on Monday nights. We can have up to 5 teams in each format and keep it in-house. If more are interested, we can add additional locations. |

| Hey Beverly, How does double jeopardy work??? Is this like the masters were you use either 8 or 9 ball or is totally seperate??? |

| It works just like your regular 8 ball and 9 ball divisions. You just play in 2 divisions in one night instead of 2 different nights. You are on 2 teams, one 8 and one 9. We could start this in Hiram on Tuesday or Wednesday once there is enough interest. |

HEY THATS EVEN BETTER!!!!! THIS WAY PEOPLE WHO ARENT SURE ABOUT PLAYING BOTH CAN PLAY ONE OR THE OTHER TO CHECK IT OUT FIRST HAND AND SEE HOW GREAT THIS FORMAT IS....BY WK 4 OR NEXT SESSION IM SURE THEY WILL BE PLAYING BOTH  |

| now what about the regular thursday and tuesday night devisions? Are you doing away with those or are the teams who start double jeopardy just gunna play on monday? |
